Radcliffe Olympic Ladies 2
Under 15's Girls 0

This was without doubt the best team performance from our girls all season. Every player that played gave 110% and no more could have been asked of any of you. It was an excellent game of football with both sides playing some very good football and competing for everything. Thanks to Rob Hipwell for his excellent refereeing of the game. Radcliffe had the early pressure but slowly we got ourselves back into the game and began to create chances of our own. Radcliffe forced a corner which was only partially cleared and was struck back into the net for a quality goal. The 2nd half started and still both sides played good football. We had a great chance to equalise following a great run by Rhea. The ball was played back to Elishea who just couldn't hit the target. Radcliffe scored a fantastic 2nd goal with an even better strike from the edge of the area but still we pushed forward but couldn't get the reward our performance deserved. Full credit to both teams for an excellent game of football.
