This is our third year together playing competitive league football and our second year in the Nottm YEL. A lot of the boys have been with the team since we started at Under 8s and this is something that I feel is very important and hope to maintain over the coming years. After moving to 11 a side this year we have added more boys to the squad moving us forward and making us stronger as a team. We are now playing in the Nottm Yel Div 3 Sunday and are progressing well.
We have been very fortunate this season to have been sponsored by Nick Gillespie the owner of G4 Inns who very kindly provided us with a new home strip. John Collins has also provided the boys with new tracksuit tops so many thanks from myself and all the boys to John and Nick. The team could not also run smoothly without the support and help I receive from the parents throughout the year so thanks go out to them aswell.
We train at Bilborough Sports Centre Tuesday nights at 6pm during winter and on Pasture Road same time and day during the Summer. New boys are always welcome to come down and train, as we are always looking to strengthen the team and move forward.
